Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words (including examples, references and data summaries).

Information for oral presentations

Oral presentations should last no longer than 15 minutes, and will be followed by a 5 minute discussion period. You must load your presentation on the computer in the lecture room during the break before your session, to ensure it runs smoothly.

A member of the organizing committee will be available during registration and coffee breaks to assist you in uploading your presentation. Please ensure that your presentation is uploaded well in advance of your session.

Only Windows platform will be available for the oral presententations. Loudspeakers are also available for audio output.

Information for poster presentations

The recommended size for posters is A0 (both orientations are allowed). Poster sessions will take place on both days of the workshop. Presenters are encouraged to put up their posters before the poster sessions start. We will provide pins/thumbtacks for the posters. The poster boards are numbered. Please consult the workshop programme for the poster number that has been assigned to you.
